Was able to come out in less than a day for a free diagnostic due to proximity to the office and did a quick assessment of overall health of water plumbing system as it turned out there was no issue with the water heater or pipes. Both guys that came were very honest in their assessment and did not try to upsell anything. Will use them for future needs.

They gave us the best deal for a new build but quality was lacking. Overall customer service was pretty good. Some of their plumbers seemed inept though.

Showed up when scheduled. Very quickly went to work and had the repair finished in less than an hour.
Issue was the faucet on my showers hot water failed to seal closed. They replaced the hot and cold valves and seals. In addition they also replaced both faucet handles and it looks all brand new.
During the arctic freeze we had, our pipes froze. When the heat came back on, we had water spraying in the attic. Accurate Plumbing Services came out within 2 hrs and repaired 3 leaks. (We were fortunate that they were not booked solid yet.) Fast service. Very professional. Very nice. We will use them again. Price point was good as well.

My gas water heater had a leak at the bottom due to the age of it. I contacted Accurate Plumbing Services and they had the exact water heater I wanted to replace the builder grade water heater that was initially installed in my home. I was given an excellent estimate and the work was completed within hours on the same day
Josue’ with Accurate Plumbing did a great job to replace old, faulty, and leaking hot and cold water valves for my washing machine in my garage. The old valves were poorly installed, but Josue’ took the time to get better valves and extensions so the new valves are not partially inside the sheet rock wall.
Great service, promptly scheduled and serviced my request, will use them again.
